It's a good idea to introduce your puppy to the grooming environment at an early age especially if they are a breed that will need regular visits. Four months old is the perfect age to begin introducing your pet. Your puppy will be given lots of fuss, praise and rests to help make them as comfortable as possible.

Some dogs can be anxious of grooming which is why we offer a two stage puppy grooming introduction to help your pup become confident in the environment - puppies are not born knowing how to be groomed so this takes time just like any other aspect of their training.

We will happily offer advice on the best care for your dog and can adapt the grooming process to meet their needs. Elderly and anxious dogs may benefit from their grooms being shorter and matted dogs may need to be clipped off for their well being so we can start again. No matter what, your dogs best interests will always come first.
